How much does Pro cost?+
Pro is $4.50/month when billed annually ($54/year), or $6/month when billed monthly. You can cancel anytime, and your first paid plan is covered by our 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
What does the 7-day satisfaction guarantee cover?+
If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment, you can request a full refund with no questions asked. Email support@visepage.com with the subject "Refund Request" and we'll process it within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription or by emailing support@visepage.com. After cancellation, you keep full access to all Pro features until the end of your billing period. No penalties, no fees.
What happens to my website if I cancel or downgrade?+
If you cancel Pro, your website stays live until the end of your billing period. After that, it's taken offline and your account data is retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe. Content you created is never deleted without notice.
How is payment processed?+
Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. They handle billing, tax compliance, and refunds. We never see or store your card details. Dodo Payments supports cards, bank transfers, UPI, wallets, and other local payment methods globally.
Are taxes included in the price?+
Yes. All applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated automatically based on your location and included at checkout by Dodo Payments.
